All Pro Smog

Horrible customer service. Made clear what wanted done to my vehicle, told no problem will take care of and did not receive that , afterwards told unable to provide what I wanted. Why would I be told you can do what I want done and then after the fact be told unable to do what I wanted done. When your mechanic is more of a help than the guy at the counter maybe some things need to be reevaluated

I had an excellent experience with All Pro Smog! From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. They got me in and out quickly without cutting corners, and everything was explained clearly so I knew exactly what to expect. The facility was clean and well-organized, which really added to my confidence in their service. It’s not always easy to find a place you can trust with your vehicle, but All Pro Smog definitely delivered. Their pricing was fair, and there were no surprises—just honest, quality work. If you’re looking for a fast, reliable, and hassle-free smog check, I highly recommend All Pro Smog. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I need service!

Beware Place has unorganized staff, went in for a smog and as I was waiting, I told the guy to get me a quote on some tires. 45 mins later still no quote as I was paying for my smog, I asked him where is my quote for tires. He tells me I’ll give it to you now . I told him forget it I’m leaving now. Keep in mind this place was not busy . Also If you need to use the restroom might as well pee your pants cause they will give you the “it’s not a public restroom “. So now customers are treated like animals pretty much.

I had a great experience at All Pro Tire and Wheel. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain what my vehicle needed without any pressure. They inspected my vehicle thoroughly and were upfront about pricing and options. The service was completed in a timely manner, and my car is driving better than ever. It's hard to find an honest and reliable shop these days, but All Pro Tire and Wheel definitely earned my trust. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and excellent customer service.
